Genexel provides AI consultancy services to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Our services include AI strategy consulting, workflow automation, and custom AI solution development. The specific scope and deliverables for each engagement will be outlined in a separate agreement.
Initial discovery calls are provided free of charge. For paid engagements, terms including fees, timelines, and deliverables will be specified in a separate service agreement or statement of work.

All content on the Genexel website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Genexel or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
For custom solutions developed for clients, intellectual property ownership will be specified in the relevant service agreement.
We respect the confidentiality of information shared during our engagements. Both parties agree to protect confidential business information disclosed during consultations and project work. Specific confidentiality terms may be outlined in separate agreements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Genexel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will meet all your requirements or that results will be achieved within specific timeframes. AI implementations may require iterative refinement.
Our website may integrate with or link to third-party services (such as Calendly for scheduling). Your use of such services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service to anyone for any reason. For ongoing engagements, termination terms will be specified in the relevant service agreement.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
